Megha Industries was founded in 1994 by the Meghani family as a mattress manufacturing company under the brand name of Royal foam. It later ventured in the importation of high-quality furniture from Asia under the brand Royal furniture and the manufacture of steel products under Royal Steel.

25 years later growth has been upwards and many subsidiary companies have been started under the Megha Industries umbrella. It takes pride in having within its ranks some of the best household brand names in the manufacturing, construction, advertising, car dealership and hospitality industries.
